I’ve checked the famous website, Namiko Chen, and just one cookbook. She would prepare a variety of sushi dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Salmon. She taught me how to cook sushi. Is it necessary to learn to cook sushi?

Ok. it’s easy.

It reminded me of our Nepalese thakali dishes, roti and chicken, kukhura ko local masu, and dhindo. We’ve roti tarkari veg and non veg. chicken or buff. We eat rotis wheat with our bare hands and roll vegetables and eat naturally with our mouths to break it.

Japanese rolls with vegetables like cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, potatoes, etc., or well-cooked non-vegetarian salmon and rice dishes. Spicy mayonnaise: Sriracha sauce with Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise.

Soy sauce, wasabi, sushi ginger, and white sesame seeds are used as garnishes.

How to prepare sushi rolls without meat:
1. Cook the Japanese shortgrain rice to make sushi rice.

After that, add some Mizhan seasoned rice vinegar to season it.
2. Use Mizkan seasoned rice vinegar to marinate thinly sliced red onions to make fast pickles.

1. To make spicy mayonnaise, mix lime juice, sriracha sauce, and Japanese mayonnaise.
2. Create long stripes out of all the veggies and fried tofu.
3. Spread the sushi rice over the bamboo sushi mat, set the nori Seawood on it.

And then arrange the contents toward the bottom of the nori.

After that, close the edge and roll up the sushi mat.
6. Cut into 8 pieces for each sushi roll.
Once the remainder is prepared, serve it with wasabi and soy sauce.
